TOIRT offers a platform for exploring personal insights through Tarot readings and astrological analysis. Our services are provided to assist in personal reflection and self-understanding.

Premium features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings page, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TOIRT and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TOIRT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TOIRT be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information provided through our platform.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. We use PostHog for analytics to understand user behavior and improve the application.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
